Flexibility is the key to all our oak-framed buildings, designed in what are traditionally called ‘bays' each bay measuring 2.75m, including posts (2.6m between the posts).

Each bay can have a different function and be enclosed in the form of a workshop or studio, open-fronted for easy parking or fitted with doors. The number of bays you choose and whether you prefer them ‘in line' or in an
‘L-shaped' configuration depends on your needs and available space.
